Situated against the mountainside in Simon's Town, Arc Guest House was architecturally designed to have a luxurious and Mediterranean feeling with sea views over False Bay from every room and a private balcony or patio for each room. The multi-storey house ensures beautiful views from every room. The lovely Architecturally designed are furnished with comfortable queen-size and king size beds and en-suite full or shower-only bathrooms. Air conditioners in every room, High-quality linen, luxury amenities in every room. The rooms offer safes, bar fridges, Nespresso machines and Smart TVs with international channels and workspaces. An honesty bar is available when a cold beverage is needed after a long day out to be had looking over the beautiful False Bay. Look out for Whales breaching in Autumn July-November. Arc Guest House has a beautiful lounge that opens up to the front large terrace and landscaped garden where guests can either sit inside or outside to have their breakfast cooked, from our bespoke kitchen whilst looking over the sea sipping your coffee. With a choice from our Ala Carte Menu with some yogurt and Fruit, and fresh warm pastries. From the large terrace, guests can watch the whales or marine activity. guests have use of the kitchen, the business area and outside areas. A laundry service is available on request. Braai facilities and a fire boma are available and a braai can be arranged on request. The property is eco-friendly and uses rainwater to water the garden and pool, and solar panels for electricity. On-site parking is available for overnight guests with interior parking available on request. For added convenience, Arc Guest House has 24-hour monitored security and a rental car can be arranged with the concierge desk.

Arc Guest House is within walking distance to the centre of town and 700m/10 minutes walk to the famous beach of Boulders. Swim with the Penguins at the famous Boulders Beach, in its crystal clear water around boulders and soak up the sun. Or in Winter come and enjoy Whale Season and watch the whales breach from your balcony or have a whale boat tour booked with our concierge, or any other tours such as Wine tasting, shark cage diving or Surfing, or a Peninsula tour around Cape Town and up Table Mountain. We will take care of all your needs and you don't have to worry about a thing. Go for a walk up the mountain with a path directly at our entrance if you choose. Or lay by the plunge pool looking over the sea soaking up the sun on one of our sun loungers having a drink
