Lion and Cheetah Sanctuary

OVERVIEW

Escape to a world where luxury, tranquillity, and the raw beauty of nature meet. At Lion and Cheetah Sanctuary, you’ll enjoy private chalets, infinity pool views, delicious food, and magical nights under the stars—an unforgettable South African experience awaits. Lion and Cheetah Sanctuary is a forever home for animals that cannot return to the wild, offering them a safe and peaceful environment where they can live out their lives with dignity. The sanctuary is home to lions, cheetahs, hyenas, servals, antelope, and horses, all cared for with love and dedication. Guests are invited to experience the sanctuary through beautifully appointed accommodation, with a choice of all-inclusive or self-catering chalets. The all-inclusive chalets offer luxurious comfort with air-conditioning, a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, bar fridge, and kettle, with three delicious meals served at the main lodge. Some chalets are set close to the lion enclosure, while others overlook the hyena area, each offering its own unique setting. An educational game drive with one of the sanctuary’s guides is included, allowing guests to connect with the animals and the sanctuary’s important mission. For those who prefer self-catering, spacious chalets with fully equipped kitchens are available just a short walk from the swimming pool and near the cheetah enclosures. For a more exclusive experience, guests can stay at Sunset Boma, a private tented camp set on a hilltop 15 minutes from the main lodge. With three luxury tents, open-air showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas braai, and its own infinity pool overlooking the vast plains, Sunset Boma offers complete privacy and a truly magical escape. Here, the combination of stunning sunsets, open skies, and the gentle sounds of the sanctuary creates a setting that is both peaceful and unforgettable. An educational game drive is also included in the Sunset Boma experience, adding depth to this extraordinary stay.
