River Bend Cottages and The Old House at River Bend are stylishly-renovated historic buildings in a old, peaceful and leafy area of Graaff-Reinet. These beautiful 4-star heritage cottages offer private entrances, off-street parking and indoor & outdoor space with a tasteful mix of historic character & modern-day comfort. There are 7 options, each with its own unique charm. At River Bend Cottages 3 of the 4 self-catering cottages offer an en-suite bedroom, lounge with sleeper couches, a full-equipped kitchen, off-street parking and a private outside braai area. The 4th River Bend cottage has an en-suite bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and verandah. There are 3 options at The Old House, the sibling of River Bend Cottages across the road. Each have their own entrances, off-street parking and a beautiful garden. The Queen Cottage No 5 has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioned bedroom, farm-house kitchen, interleading second bedroom and open-plan dining room and lounge. Old House No 6 has an en-suite twin room with "Heat and Eat" facilities. The "Kliphuis" Cottage No 7 is an antique flatlet with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with "Heat and Eat" facilities too. Off-street parking also available as well as a big enclosed garden and braai facilities. It is an easy 3 minute drive to restaurants & shops and is the perfect place to unwind under our crystal clear Karoo sky.
