Top notch Freestate hospitality. Great facilities, the rooms have airconditioning and are beautifully decorated. Staff is very friendly and professional yet make you feel at home and welcome. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and if you enjoy fishing, there are some comfy spots for long, lazy, getaways by the river-stream. A perfect retreat and refreshing contrast to the busy city life

The whole team at Die Groen Akker went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and at home. The guesthouse is great with luxurious rooms and bathrooms, excellent food and very friendly and helpful service. The setting up of the hall for the wedding and all their help was great and everything went smoothly. The food is also top notch and I can definitely recommend them for any function or just a getaway from the city. Die gastehuis is puik met luukse kamers en badkamers, uistekende kos en baie vriendelike en behulpsame diens. Die opmaak van die saal vir die troue en al hulle hulp was puik en alles het seepglad verloop. Die kos is ook uit die boonste rakke en ek kan hulle verseker aanbeveel vir enige funksie of net wegbreek uit die stad

The place..the most stunning garden with a quaint little treehouse and silent setting. Waking up to birds chirping..nice space in the rooms...everything you need ..fridge to store your things..dstv...aircon ...Magtel the manager was the best! Most accommodating and so was the owner Hans. Loved the place...great place for peace and quiet from a busy bustling city life
