Enjoy ample living space, modern amenities, and breathtaking ocean views, providing the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings and relaxation by the sea. Ocean-view Self-catering Penthouse: This is an up-market 160-sqm penthouse apartment offering 2 en-suite bedrooms, both with outside balconies and fantastic views of the whole area. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room includes an indoor braai/BBQ), a wood-burning fireplace, and a full kitchen with a gas cooker, dishwasher, wine fridge, and coffee machine among other great perks. There are 2 wooden decks: the main one with views of False Bay and mountains and a smaller ‘breakfast’ deck looking towards the mountains. The penthouse contains a 55-inch LCD TV (Netflix) with a soundbar. Family Self-catering Apartment: The family-friendly Sand Dune ground-floor unit consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchenette/living area. The kitchenette offers a gas cooker, stone tops, and a bar fridge, and the living area offers a sleeper sofa for 1 child under the age of 12 on request, including a 43-inch latest LCD TV with Netflix and other streaming apps and a Bluetooth sound bar. Deluxe Self-catering Apartment: This up-market 32 sqm 1-bedroom apartment has private parking next to the entrance. The en-suite bedroom has a queen-size bed, cupboards, toilet wash basin & shower. The open-plan kitchenette with living area has a gas cooker, bar fridge, LCD TV fitted to the wall, soundbar, small dining table and chairs. There is a sleeper couch bed for 1 child under 12 on request. The two private patios have good-quality outdoor furniture. OR - over the peak season (Dec - January) take the entire villa for your exclusive use. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Guests have access to the swimming pool on the property but it is important to note that the pool is closed between 1 May and 30 September. The penthouse has a private braai/BBQ area, and there is a built-in braai/BBQ in the garden for shared use with Fynbos & Sand Dune. Superior 6-Bedroom Holiday Home On the Rocks is the ideal family holiday home, with the most spectacular uninterrupted sea view towards Cape Point in the distance. When Mother Nature is boasting, you are sometimes surprised with a faint salt spray on your face as waves crash against the rocks below! As a bonus, there is a beautiful tidal pool just below the property. A little rock climbing and you will be there in 5 minutes, where the kids can enjoy rock fishing and the adults can take a refreshing dip, truly a luxury in this part of the world! Often a walk down to the bench amongst the rocks, snacks and cooler bag in hand, results in the most amazing sunset shoots! Nothing can beat this view whilst watching the sunset and enjoying sundowners from the expansive top verandah. Light a fire in the undercover outside braai/BBQ, in preparation for those enjoyable family meals. It’s a spacious house that caters well for large groups of family and friends. The expansive upper section has a large, well-equipped kitchen as well as an open-plan lounge and dining room with exquisite sea views. One of the star attractions in the upper section is the games room, where young and old can flaunt their pool and dart skills! The bottom section consists of 6 bedrooms, where 16 Adults/Kids can sleep comfortably. The house has in total 3 showers, 2 baths and 5 toilets and 1 outside shower for those sandy feet. The pristine, unspoilt beaches are just a few minutes drive away from the house. Pringle Bay Village has a lot to offer, from great restaurants and coffee shops to a pharmacy, hardware and gift shops. Come and experience a great time where memories will be made!
