Airlie Road Family Retreat is an inviting 4-bedroom family home in the sought-after safe and leafy suburb of Bergvliet, perfect for entertaining and relaxation, near Constantia.
The lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge with a cosy fireplace, and a landscaped garden with a play area and inviting pool. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower and toilet. The room has a Smart TV with Netflix and French doors that open onto the garden. Two rooms each contain a queen-size bed, and a Smart TV, and guests are welcome to bring their Playstation or plug in their computer to watch movies; Netflix does not function optimally in these rooms. The fourth room contains a single bed, and the rooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate guest toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in front of the cosy fireplace in the lounge, which offers a Smart TV with Netflix and Bose iPod sound system. Wi-Fi is available.
The living area opens to a covered entertainment area with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area overlooking the children’s play area. A baby car seat, feeding pillow, training potty, changing mat, and baby bouncing chair are available on request. A trampoline and a Weber braai are also available. Guests can cool down in the swimming pool, and shared parking is provided.
A treadmill and basic gym equipment, as well as an extra refrigerator and freezer, are available in the garage. The manager lives on the premises with their 2 cats in a private cottage discreetly tucked away with a separate entrance and partitioned living quarters.
