Relax in a peaceful, garden cottage nestled in the heart of Greyton Village. Our unique property is set back from the main road, offering a quiet escape within easy walking distance of the many restaurants, hiking and mountain biking trails, and other village attractions.
The cottage offers an open-plan living and sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a pull-out couch for 1 to 2 children; a kitchenette, and a cosy bathroom. The kitchenette is fitted with a microwave, a bar fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and cutlery and crockery.
The garden is filled with flowers, birds, and amazing mountain views. There’s also a patio with a table for outdoor dining and a wicker loveseat facing the mountains, plus a wood-fired hot tub perfectly positioned for enjoying the mountain views and stars at night.
You are welcome to explore the veggie garden and little orchard at the front of the property.
Greyton is a small town in the Overberg area in the Western Cape, approximately 130 km from Cape Town. Greyton offers a tranquil retreat where you can recharge and reconnect with nature. The weekly weekend market in the Market Square is an absolute treat, where local artisans showcase delicious farm fare, fresh vegetables, cheeses and produce that will overwhelm and delight you. Greyton has some prolific birdlife, beautiful wildflowers and fynbos, and there are many little walks and hikes around the village and in the mountains.
