Designed to ensure maximum exposure to the 100-year-old Oak Trees, the house features large sash windows that offer views of these beautiful trees, enhancing the seasonal changes of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Three Bedrooms: Downstairs Bedroom: Two 3/4 beds. Upstairs Right Bedroom: Two Double beds. Upstairs Left Bedroom: Queen size bed. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Bath and shower. Bathroom 2: Shower only. Bathroom 3: Bath only. Guest Toilet: Located downstairs. Entertainment: Open plan lounge/dining area with an 8-seater dining table. Open double-sided fireplace. Cozy but spacious lounge with full DSTV service and two TVs. Large patio with built-in undercover braai area and separate gas braai. Kitchen: Large gas stove and oven. Plenty of counter space for meal preparation. Separate scullery (washing machine and tumble dryer for cleaning lady use only). Double door fridge/freezer. Plunger and filter coffee machine available. Dining Area: Open plan with a large jet-master fireplace. Fishing: Fishing permits available at the house (must be carried while fishing and returned after use). Please note: No under floor heating. Dullstroom-Emnotweni dates back to the early 1880's when Dutch Settlers made their way to the place of "eternal mist". The town is situated at 2100 m above sea level, making this one of the highest towns in the country. The architecture in the town is a mixture of 19th and 20th century building designs.
