Overview

We offer unique accommodation experiences for two people which are private and self-contained. Set in the bushveld with magnificent views and the sounds of nature. All of this is situated in agricultural lands, 15 minutes away from the centre of Nelspruit. Each charming container home is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Each unit contains a kitchenette, free Wi-Fi access, and a patio/terrace area. Box one is pet friendly. Patsy, the bus, has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchen with a fridge and stove. Outside is a paved area in which guests can eat and enjoy a braai. Patsy is set in a tranquil garden overlooking one of the grey water ponds, where you can watch the abundant birdlife. Remember to bring your binoculars as we have over 160 species of birds. The Tipi site offers a glamping experience in a native american tipi. There is a queen sized bed inside the Tipi with adequate space for luggage. The kitchen is well equipped offering a microwave, fridge and gas stove. The bathroom has an indoor and out door shower. Guests will have access to the 3.5 hectare farm to take a relaxing walk along the Snail Trail which is a marked out half a kilometer walk in nature. Free parking is readily available. The hosts have 3 large dogs that are well socialised and enjoy meeting new people. The property is a self-sustaining homestead where the hosts grow their own vegetables, farm honey and produce eggs. We are completely off the grid and making use of our amazing sun for electricity so not all high-demand appliances work well. We do have a generator should you wish to make use of these appliances. Drinking and tap water is from a borehole and is safe. We do have a greywater pond where we recycle some of our water on the plot for watering our garden.
