Accommodation is offered in two private units; a four-bedroom Mimosa Main House and a two-bedroom Mimosa Guest Cottage that is private but attached to the main house. The two units are booked separately.
The Mimosa Main House comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and living room. The large, elegant main bedroom is luxuriously furnished including a king-size bed and boasts a Victorian fireplace, with access to a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is elegantly furnished with two single beds. The fourth bedroom is a younger child’s dream with one single bed. There is a private bathroom shared between these three bedrooms. In the fully equipped kitchen and scullery, available for guests’ use, you will find all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. An open-plan living and dining room together with the kitchen, opens up to a patio and braai area, ideal for the family who enjoys entertaining. The patio overlooks the lush garden.
The Mimosa Guest Cottage comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette and dining area. The large, elegant main bedroom is luxuriously furnished including a king-size bed and boasts a Victorian fireplace, sitting area and TV. The second bedroom, also with a Victorian fireplace, is beautifully furnished with two single beds that can be combined to provide another king-size bed. The private bathroom is shared between the two rooms. In the fully equipped kitchenette, available for guests’ use, you will find all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Both rooms have access to a private verandah which overlooks a beautiful garden.

Both units have access to an elegant charcoal swimming pool available for all of our guests’ enjoyment. Wi-fi is available throughout the property.
Grahamstown is a town of about 70,000 people in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It is situated about 110 km northeast of Port Elizabeth and 130 km southwest of East London. We are in close proximity to the Sunshine Coast, with beautiful beaches in Port Alfred and Kenton-on-Sea. The bonus is being on the doorstep of all the magnificent game reserves, stay at Mimosa and visit these game reserves as a daily visitor at a fraction of the price of staying there. The Addo National Park is an easy driving distance of 100 km away.
