Situated within a 450m walk of Bakoven Beach and a 1300m walk from the Camps Bay Beach, One on Houghton is a spacious self-catering villa with a private outdoor pool and beautiful ocean and mountain views. Private Chef and catering available on request. The multi-storey villa is elegantly decorated and features 5 rooms with queen-size beds or king-size beds, some of which can convert to twin beds, and modern bathrooms with baths, showers, and toilets. Workspaces and TVs are also available in some of the rooms. Hairdryers are provided, and fans are available for each room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table and relax in 2 lounge areas, one of which has a TV. Wi-Fi access is available. The villa opens to the balcony overlooking the mountain, ocean, and pool deck. The deck with loungers, braai facilities, and a 10-seater dining area. The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor at street level, but the pool and garden are on the lower level. A battery backup is available for basic appliances to keep you covered should there be any power supply problems.
