Welcome to Rudy’s ‘Escale a La Maison’ - a stopover at home. Inspired by our host's warm hospitality, Rudy's was designed with comfort in mind to provide visitors a unique, comfortable, and memorable experience. At Rudy's, we provide two accommodation options, rooms or cottages. Each room or cottage has been carefully furnished and decorated to ensure that our guests have everything they need during their stay. Each guest room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, and is equipped with a bar fridge, tea and coffee station, air-conditioning, a hairdryer, a TV with Netflix, and Wi-Fi. Each cottage has its own bathroom and is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a mini-kitchen and washing-up area, a gas stove, a lounge area, a TV with Netflix, and air-conditioning. Guests in the cottages have access to a communal braai and entertainment area. At Rudy's, our guests can request a home-cooked breakfast from our breakfast menu. Rudy's offers a swimming pool and braai facilities, an entertainment area with a pool table, and a cinema room for laid-back old movie nights.
Meyerton is a little town that lies south of Johannesburg falling into an area known as the Vaal Triangle, a roughly triangular locale bounded by Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark and Sasolburg, although Meyerton, which lies just north of Vereeniging, is included in this area. Together they form a substantial urban region that straddles the Vaal River.
