Anyone who has visited the West Coast will be well aware of the beauty of the area. Many people say that once you have experienced the West Coast, nothing will ever be good enough again. Although there are many places to visit along the coast, Langebaan, with its fantastic lagoon, is a must visit. Barely an hour and a half out of Cape Town, it is hard to believe that such a tranquil little town can still exist. Once a year mother nature spoils us with a flower show which is known around the world and Seagulls Guesthouse is a great place to base yourself for this display. In fact you just need to walk around the Guesthouse to experience some lovely views of the flowers.
